- Schedule Change
- Starting on July 22nd, the theater will no longer be open on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. On 7/24 and 7/31, only The Dark Knight will be playing. There will be no second feature on these nights due to the length of the movie.
- Bargain Night
- Thursday will now be bargain night! Admission will be $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for kids. This excludes special showings.
- Kid's Night
- Every Monday is kid's night! For each adult ticket purchased, one kid can get free admission to the theater.
We're Open for the Season
We are now open on all nights except for Tuesday and Wednesday. If you want the most up to date information about movies and closings due to weather, please call the movie line at (319)729-2929.
About the Drive-In
Located near Grandview, Iowa and constructed new in 2007, the Grand View Drive-In Theater is one of only four active drive-in theaters in the state. The theater is run by Shawn and Kelly Daniels. Come by for a visit!
Showtimes
Gates open at 6:30 p.m. and shows start at dusk. Every night is a double feature, which means you get two movies for the price of one. Don't forget to bring a portable radio if you want to listen to the movie outside of your car!
Tickets and Prices
Tickets are $7.00 for adults and $3.00 for kids. There is also a full concession stand available.
Theater Rules
Please be don't bring a grill or barbecue to the drive-in. Be sure to have a good time though!
